A new breed of celebrity bloggers are taking lenses and limelight away from Britney Spears’s new lips and Lindsay Lohan’s rehab stints, and are instead focusing on Russell Simmons’s defense of foie gras — killing ducks for their liver – and Natalie Portman’s and Alicia Silverstone’s commitment to vegetarianism and eco-friendly fashions.
