Goudeau attorney’s motion regarding jury deliberations denied

A motion filed by the lawyer for accused “Baseline Killer” and convicted rapist Mark Goudeau has been denied. Last week, Goudeau’s attorney argued that the jury in his client’s first trial couldn’t have come to a fair verdict during the short three-hour deliberations they held.
